Pot Hole Repair

Hot Asphalt Patch Method:

1. Fixing potholes is important for Owners/Property Managers to eliminate potential liability lawsuits.
2. We first saw-cut the asphalt in a square a little bigger than the pothole. (This is for optimal strength and also looks cleaner)
3. We then remove old asphalt and debris, once out we tamp down the RCA (asphalt under layment).
4. Add new commercial grade hot asphalt and roll it out so it is flat and level with existing asphalt.
5. Finally we use hot rubberized crack filler around the edges of the patch so water doesn’t get in the seams and start another pothole.
